Ordering:
If you would like to purchase a bear that is listed on the website, please email me. It should be available, unless for some reason my website has not been updated. The paypal button can be used as well.
If you are ordering a bear that is a limited edition or open edition, and has to be made, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery time.
Payment Methods:
I can take payment in the form of personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders or credit cards via Paypal.
If sending a personal check, however, there will be a 7-10 day waiting period for the check to clear.
Layaway:
I will accept layaway with a deposit of 25% down, and timely payments within the following 60 days. A Paypal invoice is generally sent to you as a reminder. Deposits are non-refundable, sorry. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Purchase Guarantee:
You have a 7 day money back guarantee on my bears as long as they are returned in the "as new" condition in which they were sent. You will be refunded the amount of your bear minus shipping costs.
